Alessandro Cifariello

Alessandro Cifariello è ricercatore di tipo B a tempo pieno presso il Dipartimento di studi linguistico-letterari, storico-filosofici e giuridici (DISTU) dell’Università della Tuscia (Viterbo), dove insegna lingua e letteratura russa. Ha pubblicato una monografia intitolata L’ombra del kahal (Viella, 2013) e oltre 30 articoli su temi storici, letterari e linguistici. Nel 2018 ha conseguito l’abilitazione scientifica nazionale alla seconda fascia. In passato ha ricevuto varie borse di studio e assegni di ricerca nazionali e internazionali per condurre ricerche sui rapporti russo-ebraici e l’evoluzione dell’antisemitismo nell’Impero russo, e sulla storia delle grammatiche russe pubblicate in italiano.

 

Alessandro Cifariello is a tenure track Researcher at the Department of Linguistic, Literary, Philosophico-Historical and Juridical Studies (DISTU) of the Tuscia University (Viterbo, Italy), where he also teaches Russian language and literature. In 2018 he qualified as Associate Professor. He was awarded national and international doctoral and postdoctoral grants to research Jewish-Russian relations and the evolution of Anti-Semitism in the Russian Empire, and to study the history of Russian grammar textbooks published in Italian. He has published a book-length essay entitled L’ombra del kahal (Roma 2013) and over 30 articles on historical, literary and linguistic topics.
