Michael Squire

Michael Squire è Reader in Classical Art a King’s College London ed è stato borsista presso le università di Cambridge, Colonia, Harvard, Monaco e Stanford e presso il  Wissenschaftskolleg zu Berlin. Ha pubblicato Panorama of the Classical World (2004, con Nigel Spivey), Image and Text in Graeco-Roman Antiquity (2009), The Art of the Body: Antiquity and its Legacy (2011) e The Iliad in a Nutshell: Visualizing Epic on the Tabulae Iliacae (2011). Ha inoltre curato i volumi Sight and the Ancient Senses (2016), Morphogrammata / The Lettered Art of Optatian: Figuring Cultural Transformation in the Age of Constantine (2016) e The Frame in Classical Art: A Cultural History (2017).
