Olmo Andrea Calzolari ha conseguito il dottorato di ricerca in Italianistica presso l’Università di Oxford, dove ha insegnato letteratura italiana come lettore al St Hugh’s College. È stato curatore di premi e associazioni di poesia contemporanea, tra cui Laboratorio della visione, Ephèmera, LETSpoetry, Italian Poetry Today, JazzRootsPoetry - Bucharest. È inoltre vicepresidente del centro internazionale di studi Leopardi Studies at Oxford e membro della redazione di Formavera, rivista di poesia e poetica. Ha pubblicato su Leopardi, Svevo e le medical humanities. Attualmente si occupa di eventi culturali nel campo della poesia contemporanea in collaborazione con organizzazioni italiane ed europee.

Olmo Andrea Calzolari holds a PhD in Italian Studies from the University of Oxford, where he taught Italian literature as a lecturer at St Hugh’s College. He has been editor of contemporary poetry awards and associations, including Laboratorio della visione, Ephèmera, LETSpoetry, Italian Poetry Today, and JazzRootsPoetry - Bucharest. He is also vice president of the international center for Leopardi Studies at Oxford and a member of the editorial board of Formavera, a magazine of poetry and poetics. He has published on Leopardi, Svevo, and the medical humanities. He currently works on cultural events in the field of contemporary poetry in collaboration with Italian and European organizations.
