Tatiana Korneeva è assegnista di ricerca presso la Freie Universität Berlin nell’ambito del progetto ERC Early Modern Drama and the Cultural Net (“DramaNet”). È autrice di ‘Alter et ipse’: identità e duplicità nel sistema dei personaggi della Tebaide di Stazio (Pisa, 2011). Recentemente ha pubblicato sulle riviste Modern Language Notes, German Life and Letters, Marvels and Tales, Studi classici e orientali, Maia. I suoi interessi si collocano nell’ambito delle letterature comparate e della fortuna dell’antico: oltre che di poesia latina si occupa della storia del teatro dal Rinascimento al XVIII secolo, dei rapporti tra letteratura teatrale e arti visive, delle manifestazioni del magico e del meraviglioso nelle opere drammatiche dal Rinascimento alla prima età moderna.

Tatiana Korneeva is a postdoctoral fellow at Freie Universität Berlin and a member of the ERC-funded project Early Modern Drama and the Cultural Net (“DramaNet”). She is the author of ‘Alter et ipse’: identità e duplicità nel sistema dei personaggi della Tebaide di Stazio (Pisa, 2011). Her articles have appeared in Modern Language Notes, German Life and Letters, Marvels and Tales, Studi classici e orientali, and Maia. Her research interests include the reception of antiquity and the history of theatre from the Renaissance to the eighteenth-century. She is currently working on a book on the illusionary potential of the performing arts and various manifestations of magic and marvellous.
